Welcome to We Carry Illinois. These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of our website, class registration, training services, communications, and other services offered by We Carry Illinois.
By using our website, registering for a class, purchasing a service, or otherwise doing business with We Carry Illinois, you agree to these Terms & Conditions
CLASS REGISTRATION
Registration for classes must be completed online.
Students must register at least one day before the scheduled class. Same-day registration and walk-ins are not accepted.
Classes may be booked up to 30 days in advance.
Registration is not complete until the required payment has been successfully submitted and the booking has been confirmed.
Students are responsible for providing accurate contact and registration information.
PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
All sales are final unless otherwise expressly stated by We Carry Illinois.
Students may receive one reschedule when at least 48 hours' notice is provided.
Failure to attend a scheduled class without contacting We Carry Illinois may be considered a no-call/no-show and may require the student to pay again before booking another class.
We Carry Illinois reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, emergencies, severe weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Additional terms may apply to individual services. Please review our Refund Policy and the information provided during booking.
ELIGIBILITY & STUDENT RESPONSIBILITY
Students are responsible for determining whether they meet applicable eligibility requirements for firearm training, FOID cards, Concealed Carry Licenses, or other firearm-related services.
Completion of a training course does not guarantee approval of a FOID card, Concealed Carry License, or other application by the Illinois State Police or any other government agency.
We Carry Illinois may refuse or discontinue training when necessary for safety, legal compliance, disruptive conduct, or failure to follow instructor directions.
FIREARM SAFETY & TRAINING
Students participating in firearm-related training must follow all safety rules and instructor directions.
Unsafe conduct may result in immediate removal from training.
Training and educational information provided by We Carry Illinois is intended for educational purposes and does not constitute individualized legal advice. Firearm laws and regulations may change, and students are responsible for complying with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
SMS / TEXT MESSAGE TERMS
Customers may have the option to actively opt in to receive text messages from We Carry Illinois.
By providing your mobile number and affirmatively opting in, you agree to receive SMS/text messages from We Carry Illinois, which may include class reminders, appointment information, scheduling updates, service announcements, and promotional or marketing messages.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
You may opt out of marketing text messages at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact We Carry Illinois at 312-859-2313.
