We Carry Illinois Student Policy Agreement

By registering for any class or service with We Carry Illinois, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following policies.

1. Registration & Booking Policy

• All students must register online before attending class.

• Bookings may be made up to 30 days in advance and no later than 24 hours before the scheduled class.

• Full name, date of birth, email address, and payment are required to confirm enrollment.

• Walk ins and same day registrations are not accepted.

• Group bookings are permitted for up to 12 participants per reservation.

• If a class is full, students may join the waitlist. If a seat becomes available, notification will be provided and the seat will be held for 24 hours only.

2. Payment Policy

• Tuition for Illinois Concealed Carry Classes is $135 per person unless otherwise stated.

• Full payment is required to reserve a seat.

• Payments may be made online using major credit cards.

• Zelle payments are accepted, but students must call 312-859-2313 to schedule their class.

• Cash and personal checks are not accepted.

• Certification will not be issued until all fees have been paid in full.

3. Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

• To cancel or reschedule, students must text or call 312-859-2313 at least 48 hours before their scheduled class.

• Each registration is eligible for one reschedule only.

• Rescheduling is subject to class availability.

• If a student misses their rescheduled class, they must register and pay the full class fee again.

• Failure to attend without prior notice (no call, no show) will result in forfeiture of all payments and rescheduling privileges.

• We Carry Illinois reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class due to low enrollment, instructor availability, weather conditions, facility issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Classes with only one registered student may be cancelled and rescheduled to a future available date chosen by the student.

• In the event of a class cancellation by We Carry Illinois, students will be offered a rescheduled class date. No refunds will be issued.

4. Attendance Policy

• 16 Hour Concealed Carry Classes: Doors open at 9:15 AM, class begins at 9:30 AM, and doors lock at 9:45 AM. Please ring the doorbell upon arrival. Doors will not open early.

• 3 Hour Concealed Carry Renewal Classes: Doors open at 9:45 AM, class begins at 10:00 AM, and doors lock at 10:15 AM. Please ring the doorbell upon arrival. Doors will not open early.

• Late arrivals will not be admitted and will receive one reschedule opportunity only.

• Students will receive two 15 minute breaks and one 1 hour lunch break during the 16 Hour Class.

• Doors lock immediately after breaks and lunch periods. Students who fail to return on time will be required to reschedule.

• If a student leaves class before completion for any reason, they must retake the entire course.

• Students must wear all black clothing. Students who arrive without proper attire will not be admitted and must reschedule.

5. Class Requirements & Safety Policy

• A valid government issued photo ID is required.

• A FOID Card is required where applicable.

• No firearms, ammunition, pepper spray, knives, or weapons of any kind are permitted inside the classroom.

• All instructor commands and safety procedures must be followed at all times.

• Unsafe, reckless, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior will result in immediate dismissal without refund.

6. Range Qualification

• Day Two includes a live fire qualification.

• Students must fire 30 rounds.

• A minimum of 21 rounds must strike the target to pass.

Qualification Re-Test Policy

• Students who do not pass the qualification must schedule a re-test.

• The re-test fee is $80.

• Same day re-testing is not permitted.

• Re-tests are scheduled based on availability.

7. Illinois State Fees

• Students are responsible for all Illinois State Police application fees.

• The Illinois Concealed Carry License application fee is currently $150 and is paid directly to the State of Illinois.

• Licenses must be renewed every 5 years.

8. Photo & Video Consent

• Group class photos are taken during training sessions.

• Students may appear in photographs or brief video recordings.

• Photos and videos may be used for educational, promotional, and marketing purposes, including social media, websites, advertisements, and printed materials.

• Students who do not consent to the use of their image must submit a written opt out request before class begins.

• If a student opts out, We Carry Illinois may still use class photos and videos containing the student; however, the student's face will be blurred or otherwise obscured before publication.

• Audio recordings and student voices will not be altered, removed, or edited as part of the opt out process.

• By attending class, students acknowledge and agree to this policy.

9. Certification Policy

• Certification is issued only after successful completion of all classroom training and range qualification requirements.

• Submission of certification to the Illinois State Police does not guarantee license approval.

10. Agreement

By registering for any class or service with We Carry Illinois, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements and agree to comply with all policies outlined above.
