At We Carry Illinois, we are committed to providing high-quality firearm safety and concealed carry training in a safe, respectful learning environment. Please review the following policies carefully:

Booking & Payment

• Bookings can be made up to 30 days in advance and no later than 24 hours (1 day) before the class start time.

• Your seat is not secured until full payment is received.

• Payments can be made online with all major credit cards, Zelle, or Cash App. No cash or checks are accepted.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations or reschedules must be done by texting the instructor directly at 312-859-2313 at least 48 hours (2 days) before your scheduled class.

• Each class may be rescheduled once only — multiple reschedules are not permitted.

• If you miss your rescheduled class or cannot attend, you must rebook and pay the full class fee again.

• Failure to attend without prior notice (no-call, no-show) will result in forfeiture of payment. No exceptions.

• All sales are final — no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Attendance & Class Start Time

• Class begins at 8:00 AM. Doors lock promptly at 8:15 AM. Late arrivals after 8:15 AM will not be admitted and will receive one (1) reschedule opportunity only.

• You will receive two (2) 15-minute breaks and one (1) 1-hour lunch break during the class. Doors lock immediately after breaks and lunch. If you are not back in time, the same reschedule and repayment policy applies.

• If you leave class for any reason — even up to 30 minutes before class ends — you must retake the entire class. A reschedule date will be provided; if that date is missed, you must pay the full fee again. (No refunds.)

Waitlist & Group Bookings

• If a class is fully booked, you may join a waitlist (up to 30 participants). If a spot becomes available, you will be notified. Open spots will be held for 1 day only.

• Group bookings are allowed for up to 12 participants per booking.

Safety Policy

• No firearms are permitted in the classroom.

• Unsafe, reckless, or disrespectful behavior will result in immediate dismissal without refund.

Photo & Video Consent

• All students are required to participate in a group class photo and may appear in brief video recordings taken during class.

• Photos and videos may be used for marketing or educational purposes related to firearm safety and training.

• By enrolling, you grant permission for your image to be captured unless you submit a written opt-out request before class begins.

Agreement

By booking, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements for this class and agree to abide by all policies outlined above.
