Cancellation Policy

3HR Concealed Carry Renewal Class Policy By registering for a Concealed Carry Renewal Class with We Carry Illinois, you agree to the following policies: Registration & Payment All students must register online before attending class. Full name, date of birth, email address, and payment are required to confirm enrollment. Walk ins and same day registrations are not accepted. Tuition is $115 per person unless otherwise stated. Payment secures your seat. Refunds, Cancellations & Rescheduling All sales are final. No refunds will be issued. Students must provide at least 48 hours notice to reschedule. Each registration is eligible for one reschedule only and is subject to availability. No call, no shows forfeit all payments and rescheduling privileges. Students who miss their rescheduled class must register and pay again. We Carry Illinois reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrollment, weather, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances. Classes with only one registered student may be rescheduled to a future available date. No refunds will be issued. Attendance Doors open at 9:45 AM, class begins at 10:00 AM, and doors lock at 10:15 AM. Please ring the doorbell upon arrival. Doors will not open early. Late arrivals will not be admitted. Students must wear all black clothing. Leaving class before completion requires retaking the entire course. Safety A valid State ID and FOID Card are required. No firearms, ammunition, pepper spray, knives, or weapons are permitted in the classroom. All instructor safety commands must be followed. Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund. **Qualification** Students must successfully complete the required live fire qualification. Re tests require an $80 fee and must be scheduled for a future date. State Fees Illinois State Police application fees are separate and paid directly to the State of Illinois. Photo & Video Consent Photos and videos may be taken during class and used for marketing and educational purposes. Students who opt out must submit a written request before class. Faces may be blurred, but audio recordings will not be altered or removed. Certification Certification is issued only after successful completion of the renewal course and qualification requirements.
