Cancellation Policy

Student Policy Agreement By registering for any class or service with We Carry Illinois, you agree to the following policies: 1. Registration Policy • All students must register online prior to attending class • Full name, date of birth, email address, and payment are required to confirm enrollment • Walk ins and same day registrations are not accepted 2. Payment Policy • Tuition for Concealed Carry classes is $135 per person unless otherwise stated • Payment secures your seat in class • Certification will not be issued until payment is complete 3. Refund Policy • We Carry Illinois does not offer refunds • If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, you may reschedule for a future available date • No shows without prior communication may forfeit rescheduling privileges 4. Rescheduling Policy • Students must notify us at least 24 hours prior to class start time to reschedule • Rescheduling is subject to availability • Multiple reschedule requests may require re registration 5. Class Requirements • Students must arrive on time • Valid State ID and FOID Card are required • Students must wear all black to attend class • All instructor safety commands must be followed at all times Failure to follow safety rules may result in removal from class without refund. 6. Range Qualification • Day Two includes a live fire qualification • Students must fire 30 rounds • A minimum of 21 rounds must land on target to pass Shooting Qualification Re-Take Policy • If a student does not pass the shooting qualification, a re-take fee of $80 is required • Re-takes must be scheduled for a future available date • Same day re-testing is not permitted 7. State Fees • Students are responsible for Illinois State Police application fees $150 • The Concealed Carry application fee is paid directly to the state • Licenses must be renewed every 5 years 8.
